Shipping & Returns Shipping Policy:

All products ordered before 13.00 GMT are normally dispatched same day, subject to stock availability. Items will be dispatched by either Business Post Couriers or Royal Mail dependant on size and weight. We reserve the right to change the Courier company we use, without prior notice. We accept no liability for any losses, either actual or implied, resulting from late or non-delivery of items purchases. Items over 1kg in weight, large or over the value of £50.00 will be sent via Business Post Couriers, next working day delivery. All other items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, Normally 1-3 working days. For all shipments outside mainland UK, please email sales@bag-up.net for a quotation of the shipping costs prior to placement of order.

* All main land UK internet orders will be sent post FREE. Postal charges will be made for telephone orders and will be quoted at the time of placing the order.

* Shipping charges for overseas orders will be quoted on the website at the time of placing an order, if charges alter due to increases by couriers, you will be notified by us prior to processing your order. Please refer to our Overseas Shipment Section.

Returns Policy:

All products carry the standard manufacturers warranty against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you wish to return a product please e-mail us to let us know the item is coming back to us with the following details.
- Order Number
- Full Name and address
- Email Address
- Telephone Number

When sent back to us, you must include a copy of your invoice and a covering note explaining the fault and what you may have done to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Also the product should be in its original packaging and all component parts included
PLEASE NOTE
* It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of return to us and make sure that it is well packaged.
* We recommend that you use recorded or special delivery as we can not be liable for any loss or damage in transit.
* Any returns that are returned for non-broken reasons (e.g. deciding it is no longer required or ordered incorrectly) will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred by us to ship the parcel.

If Business Post Couriers are not be able to deliver the ordered products, a card from the courier will be left at the delivery premises notifying you that you have 5 days to arrange delivery/collection of the goods. If this is not completed in the above timescale then the products will be returned to us. This will incur an additional handling charge equivalent to the delivery charge applicable to your order being sent. Should you wish us to rearrange delivery again, this will incur a further delivery charge equivalent to that of the original delivery charge.
